It was all smiles and lots of compliments last night as the Affertons team celebrated the opening of their new premises.

Located on Strathmartine Road in Dundee, they give the company lots of extra space, including private space for families and a room for funeral services and functions.

Affertons staff, led by funeral directors Paul Craigie and Ronnie Robb, were joined by 50 members of the local community, from business owners to trade organisations. Also present were the project’s architect, construction team and the marketing and design experts behind hind the new website, billboard campaign and branding.

Speaking at the event, Paul said: “We couldn’t have done this without all your help and support. Here’s to taking the company forward and to changing the way we talk about and think about funerals.”
